1 . Return Eligibility

The product must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

Products that have been altered, styled, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging
3 . Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product :
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund
4 . Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original payment method
